Hobbies

My hobbies are my 3 children and the little things in life they can discover, creating healthy recipes, writing, and music. I have a regular schedule, but availability changes frequently. Schedule is on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no charge for text/email of quick-roadblocking questions after first session. Includes things like: What are the projectile motion equations, What is the main function of iodine in the body?, How do I find the hybridization of N in NH3?, Who invented the swan neck flask?, What is a known-new contract?, Why were the Federalist Papers important?, Who is the author of No Exit?, etc. They can be sent 24 hours a day, but the response time depends on the brevity of your inquiry and when they are sent. (Before Lunch or late evening is the best time!) One-on-one tutoring for 2 hours at a time maximum. There are practice tests, flash cards, and IPhone/Android apps for each subject available for free upon request at subsequent tutor sessions. I prefer to tutor at a public library with low noise and greater attention. Atmosphere, references, internet access, and workspace are available and will be at times essential. The student should bring course related materials in order to align with the instructor's requirements and subject matter. It will also be essential that the student look over their course work and identify areas of difficulty before a tutoring session. This will help with identifying and prioritizing specific subject matter within the first few minutes of a session and give the student more perspective on their own learning capability. In order to keep track of income, a receipt is provided for payments at the end of the session. Arrangements will only be made with persons over 18 and I will not tutor outside of those arrangements to ensure the safety of high school students. Transportation will not be provided.
